Vatco: Using Governor's order on masks to enforce a version of no mask, no ride.  Passenger is instructed if needed on necessity of mask.  If the customer says anything other than they are unable to comply because of medical issue, driver calls it into office, management and/or police meet the bus in route and passenger is removed.  So far, there have been few problems with passengers.

VATCO We have agreement for reduced Saturday schedule with full pay.  One week 24 hours, next 32 hours with full 40 hour pay.  Starts on Monday and routes were bid by seniority last week.  It follows similar deal in Springfield with ATU 448.  We have some pushback a few drivers who feel unsafe but the service is deemed essential and Vatco has to run the routes.  Trying to understand the paid time legal changes off to send those who do not feel safe home with pay.
