Congratulations!

The 43,000 Stop & Shop Workers from all five UFCW New England locals have ratified a new three year contract with their employer bringing a close to an intense round of negotiations that almost resulted in a strike.

We here at UFCW Local 1459 congratulate all the workers who hung tough and showed the company your solidarity and willingness to stand up for yourselves and your families.

Highlights of the of the new contract will be distributed within the next few days.
